Decorating Challange - Cynthia's New Flat

When you buy a new flat you can’t move right in. Cynthia’s new flat is just a shell. No drywall, floors or ceilings. She will have to make decisions on all of it. Sounds very daunting to me. I have a hard enough time just picking paint for one room.
